PURPOSE: The purpose of the Club shall be as follows:
1. To cooperate with and aid, in every way possible, the programs and functions of the parent organization, the Appaloosa Horse Club Inc, (ApHC) in Moscow, Idaho.
2. Recognizing that the parent organization files, records and issues certificates of registration, the primary function of the Club will be to promote interest in the Breed, from a regional standpoint, in complete cooperation with the overall programs of the ApHC.
3. To gain proper publicity through the medias of radio, television, newspapers, magazines, etcc.
4. To gain Breed classes for Appaloosa horse properly registered with the ApHC, in local, county, district, and state horse shows and fairs; and to promote all areas of nationally recognized Appaloosa functions such as racing, distance riding and youth programs.
5. To forward historical data, bloodline records and general information to the Executive Secrretary of the ApHC when it might be requested or helpful.
6. To promote and stimulate interest in regional Appaloosa horse shows, as well as in available and desirable open shows.
